Busy days, a lot of meetings, but there's income in the other end, so ...
I'm into my second week of diet and I'm walking my ass off.
But it pays off, I actually loose weight these days.

Now I'm going to let my

have some fun in the snow, while it's here, and then get into bed. I used to be one of those who went to bed 5:30Am, now I'm one of those who gets up at that time ...
