Sun Jan 12 Nuclear Incident

Morning.

If you live in the province of Ontario, like Ramster and I, you got an Emergency Alert on your phone at 7:30am this morning. It announced that "an incident" had occurred at the nuclear power plant which is located about 30km east of Toronto (in Pickering). Of course, it didn't say to do anything just that "no radiation" had been leaked. Great, alarm me but give me no direction! Anyhow, apparently it was sent in error kind of like the false missile alarm on Hawaii a couple of years ago. Needness to say the twittersphere is enraged.

Also annoying me today is my sump pump. We've had literally rain for two days. It would have made for a massive snow storm but we live in new times. Anyhow, it's may have caused a leak in the pipe from my sump pump which is now causing a lot of water to leak onto my neighbors pathway. My buddy who construsted our house said he'd take a look at it. It also managed to do very minor water damage to my garage.

Besides waiting for my friend to come over, I've got laundry to do today and then dinner with my daughter tonight. We have to have a discussion with about something that I don't think will go over well though it's relatively harmless. That's because everything sets her off.

Three head bangs in a post. That's a record for me (but not even close to Greenie, I am sure).

Massive headache, but I'm surviving.
Beautiful weather today, tomorrow is supposed to rain again.
Next week will be a massive one, I hope I can take it.
