In the <HEAD> tage all I see that could be is this:
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"

This is what my mailer puts in the head

X-Mailer: Dada Mail 2.8.12b
Content-type: multipart/alternative; boundary="_----------=_1083959105231340"; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary

I know it has something to do with the MIME in knowing to display it in the correct way but I'm not sure what it actually is.
