I'd join but I would never win
 Food advise, LEAN meats and veggies  Chicken breasts, salmon/fish, beef/steak and lots and lots of veggies. Breakfast: Chicken or Cheese (low fat) scrambled eggs (with egg whites and 1 real egg for flavor, egg whites alone suck lol)Good luck guys |
