20 years probation with NO access to computers.
(he'll screw that up on his one - so then 10 years in jail without computers)
A 500 million Fine against anything he tries to buy or own, until that debt is paid off.

Make him write a book and give the profits to help pay off his debt.
Explaining that if you are a flippin script kiddie idiot over 18, your life on computers is done, finito!
Get used to flippin' burgers and having half your wages going to pay your fine.
