Wednesday, 22th September (Hump day with soccer match)

Morning.

Woke up to a birthday breakfast of lox and bagels. That was nice. I'm 60 today and that's fine. Life is pretty darn good. If I could just get rid of this head ringing it would be perfect but why dwell on that?

My employed daughter, all flush with cash, is taking my wife and I to lunch today. I will likely head to the gym later today at around 3pm and watch BJ

. I think there is a birthday cake for me sometime after that.
