Monday 2023-10-02 aka Victory Monday

That danged funk is trying to make inroads here. I am setting up my magnifying mirrors today, so it is only going to shoot right back at y'all. I will try to aim them to avoid Southern Norway....

My mom turned 97 yesterday. Hard to believe. Although she still has a valid driver's license, she did decide to give up driving this year. Makes it a bit safer in SoCal. Got a short but very busy week. MIL turns 79 on Sunday, and we are doing the celebration on Saturday. Friday, we have to go pick up the cake about an hour north of us. She is healing, but very slowly. Lots of the normal post-concussion signs like dizziness going on with her, but she has NO follow-up appointments at all. Unbelievable.

So, just normal routine here. Trying to focus enough to get some work done, but I really want to go sleep. It's clouding up and getting colder... I want to hibernate.
