We have been at the gym, and I probably overdid it a bit, because I need a nap

After that, it'll be some work and a bit of guitar.

Wife is having a colonoscopy so I need to take her and then pick her up a few hours later. I should probably get one done as well but I've procrastinated for years

Other than that it'll be grunt work and that's about it.
