Jay, as Jaden alluded to, there will be a problem if people are already part of the sponsor's program. The percentage or fee those programs pay you are to get NEW webmasters to sign up, not to get existing ones to signup. I don't think the programs want to add 5% or 10% to their payouts on existing webmasters to pay you for it.

Have you checked with any programs on this issue?
