Great tips! I do some of those things, but apparently need to do more. I have a virus program and 3 spy programs at this point, but still I get hit now and then, mostly when reviewing or checking links. Definitely going to get a hardware firewall...I use ZoneAlarm Pro but obiously it isn't enough.
