Whats with all the really bad submits lately?

Yep, it seems like the sunshine has brought out a whole new bunch of idiots posing as webmasters who are submitting some of the worst crap I've ever seen!

Luckily I have a large list of good quality regulars but it does tend to make one "more picky than usual" when reviewing, especially for new submitters

I see endless new ways of making blind links and some godawful spam plastered all over the pages or miniature text that can only be read by viewing the source, site meta descriptions which include a bunch of random words (like are used to defeat spam bots for email)... I cannot see how "free cumshot porn, monkey spanner metal packaging" is gonna get good search engine traffic but it does make me laugh (except it wastes hours) -

Hidden links - there's a case in point for me - I had a submission from another link list owner with a bunch of invisible links on the index page... I refused it without giving a reason and got an email back demanding to know the reason why... lol - I just sent him a reply saying "ask me nicely and I'll tell you" - but he didn't reply - hahaha

I can't wait for winter!
