I think the problem is partly that there is some new auto-submit tools for linklists that spoof IPs and referrer addresses around now. And they appear to be working better than anything else that has come before.
I'm finding quite a few auto-submits that slip through now that I only notice because of slight errors being repeated by multiple people. |
