I agree with you about epassport being a pain in the ass. I used them once and the process, fees and amounts you have to load was hard to swallow but it may be the only choice.
I know one website is starting to use http://moneybookers.com but I have not researched them in any way. They might be worth a look but as I said above, I don't know much about them. |
