Femdomnet - free sites coming down

Hi -

Due to business decisions spurred by the new 2257 regulations, we are taking down several hard BDSM-oriented free sites on the femdomnet.com domain by the end of the month, so LLs listing these sites can please de-list them before 9/1.

We will of course attempt to email all relevant LL owners directly. We are hoping very much not to end up with a blacklisted domain, since we hope to have some less-explicit sites being submitted (or in some cases re-submitted) on that domain in the future. But for GG, DD, Cleo, and any other LL owners here, this is advance notice.

Most of these were feeding our paysites Fetish Garden and SlaveCam, but since those are both coming down as well, the hurtin' won't be quite as bad as it looks.

No, we're not quitting - just stepping waaaay back into softcore territory for the time being, so this particular part of the empire is closing for now.

Lassiter, interesting move, I will be watching for others to take a similar tack, especially on the more "extreme" stuff that might ALSO merit some "community standard" type legal action. This is the biggest fear, they use the record keeping as a foot in the door, then review ALL the content and go wild.

We'll see.
