my sites are down, just heads up

Oh man things are awful with this hosting company... Get this, i paid for my server on the 16th, 3-4 hours later it goes down, been down for 87 hours now... Ive already got a new host just waiting for dns to propogate i just want my money back from iic internet, those asses.

I doubt anyone cares, but if you want to read what ive gone through over the last 86 hours with iic internet, read on, i kept records of each conversation and everything i have done to get my money back... still trying at this moment to contact them but im either on hold forever, or i get hung up on.

Aug 17th around noon
Called IIC
Me: Hi, my server has been down for about 12 hours and Im wondering whats up?
IIC: Oh they are moving the data center, everything should be up within an hour.
Me: Ok thanks!

Me: Hi, my server still seems to be down.
IIC: What is your name?
Me: Garry Hatch
IIC: (Repeats my name) Oh the guys in the back heard me say your name, they said your server should be up any time now.
Me: Alright, may I speak with one of them?
IIC: Sure (hands phone over)
IIC: Hello what can I do for you.
Me: Yes I paid for my server on the 16th, a few hours later it went down and its still not up, can I get some money back?
IIC: When your server gets back up we will contact you about it.
Me: ok...

Aug 18th around noon
Me: Hi my server has been down for about 36 hours
IIC(woman): They are working on it as we speak and it should be up within an hour.
Me: I would like a refund...
IIC(woman): Hold on one moment (gives phone to IIC Guy)
IIC: How can I help you.
Me: Yes im calling about getting a refund.
*small argument ensues, and he says he will take me to court if i do a chargeback*
IIC: How about I give you next month free.
Me: ok, can I atleast get half of my money back also?
IIC: Why should we do that? (something along those lines)
Me: Well, Ive lost atleast 200$ this week because my site was down without any warning, and who knows what I will have lost in the coming weeks because of it.
IIC: Ok, Ill do what I can and it should be done by 5pm today
Me: Alright, thank you.

Aug 18th around 1pm
Emailed IIC with a small written email telling them what he told me, that I would be paid half back by 5pm. (they did not dispute it at all)

Aug 18th around 2pm
emailed iic again with the same statement about being paid back by 5, also stating that my server is still down and 2 hours ago they said it should be up within an hour, and if it is up by 5 dont worry about a refund that i will just take next month free like me and the guy discussed on the phone about 2 hours earlier.

6pm (5pm CA time)
Server STILL down and no sign of a refund, or any reply to my several emails. Calling it a day.

called, 3 rings and i got a message saying users may be having trouble accessing their websites, email, and dns and they are working quickly to resolve the problem. then a beep (answering machine?).

on hold for 7 minutes, SOMEONE HUNG UP ON ME.
