Consistency is the key to everything...
So, I got back to the gym today after 1yr of being a lazy out of shape webamster...
What does this have to do with porn? Well, with every exercise I did I realized how weak and out of shape I was. Used to do 225lbs as warm-ups for deadlifts and today I'm barely able to do 135lbs. BUT I know if I am once again consistent it will come back in short order. As I peddled the lifecycle for 30 minutes it occured to me how I was in pretty good shape a year ago. Although, I didn't think so at the time because you always want to do better. I thought about the free sites and iggy's tutorial came to mind about being consistent. I'll make my newbie mistakes, but over time it follows like everything in life the more you do, the easier it becomes and the more efficient you become. So, I must 'exercise' my free site building and be consistent about it.  Just random thoughts.  |
