Looks like it's still down. He appears to have moved the webmaster submit link off his index page and put it on the main one. For a second I experienced a brief bit of panic thinking he was closing submissions! |ohhhhh|

I remember when I had to wait like 3 week to be able to submit to LOR because the script was sending me to 500 error |
