If you know exactly where the links are - then use CuteFTP - it can load up to at least 250 pages at a time and replace (real slow - but faster than you typing)
If you don't know exactly where the links are, bk replacem - will scan entire domains and subfolders. Though you have to download the whole domain and re upload. Not a big deal if you have command line access and can tar, zip and have a fast connection.
