The market leader is probably still Autogallery form JMB Software!
Have a look at the features, and I guess the SQL version is the one to go for, specially if you're planning to use some hosted galleries (and rotate them) - that's (as far as I know!) not included in the Pro version... I hear lots of good things about Comus - but for your use it would be overkill, and too expensive (unless you go for the skimming free trial.
