Jen as I stated before, I don't see anything wrong with allowing your affiliates to download the content to use, but I recommend you find out what his plans are. I have content from affiliates I downloaded months ago and make galleries with them when I need to. It works well for me since my galleries convert and webmasters are happy. However I do understand that if you don't have tons of content it hurts to imagine that all of it would be posted at once somewhere. I would recommend asking for references from the affiliate to find out if they are for real or not. I always provide references as well as my plans for the content, where they will be posted and how long I will promote them.
