Great idea, GG!
I build my sites with Homesite and it has browser window that I can put to 800x600. I can also choose IE or Netscape. It seems to work as almost all my sites get accepted. BTA I use 750 width tables or smaller. To use Homesite you must know HTML. It has WYSIWYG too but it's lousy - well, my version 4.5 so maybe it's better now...
