Review of my latest free site & need opinion

Heys guys tookme just under 2 hours to build this site, and was wondering if you can take a quick peek at it and tell me if I should be using 1 sponsor, or mixed and match Like I just did.

Two hours not bad, its my 5th one upto date. I tried to take everyones opinion from all the other threads

Looks fine to me, but there is a couple problems that would get you deleted. One is a certain cheating site is in your recips. The other is because my recip isn't on it.
