Why now baned?

it does work because untill now the cheaters and most webmaster didnt know that hq host was banned everywhere

on my site if you submit something from a banned host
it just says thank you very myuch
blah blah blah
so the cheaters dont know
and when they move to anther host they wont know if that hosts ips have been banned

what we need to do is get together and set up a list of banned hosts

if a host like hq host has to many cheaters then none of us accept submits on them and clearly state that on our submit pages

when webmasters see that their host is banned at site after site
that takes the problem away from us and dumps it in the hosting companys lap

and honest webmasters would know what hosts not to use
