Sure - you can read all kinds of things into why someone would be helpful - but I think this board is proof that not only do people do things without a money motive, but some of them do do it just out of kindness ( I think about 5 years ago someoe did something for me out of kindness in the biz and I decided at that moment that anytime I could help I would - because I know the effect it had on me)

Well said Linkster! Almost everyone here is helpful, even if some dont like posting "too" much info, I haven't run into many that didn't treat me like a peer, rather than a competitor.

Dont know this guy, but chances are he just likes telling people how he is smart... and isnt driven by money.

Would piss me off to some extent too if I was in the market, but if I didnt know any other stuff myself, I could hardly complain.. obviously this guy works it out for himself, as no one will be telling him shit with a mouth like that!
