Like gg said. People are not going to resize your page. You just want it to look good for as many people as you can.

As for promoting.... If you are talking about the paysite then an affiliate program would help.

Also you can feed it buy building a bunch of free sites and submitting to linklists.

One other thing that I noticed was that you have a yahoo account for your customer service email. I don't think this is going to build alot of trust in people.

A text join link may also help. I am kind of banner blind so I actually had trouble finding the join link. With all the other text links it also might be good to have a text join also.

Note though that I have never owned/ran a paysite. Just making some observations.
