I tried resubmitting the same site over a few days, it did eventually go thru. Seems like something just times out.

FWIW, I submitted a site this evening thinking of this thread and the submit went though more quickly than I recall.

We know it has something to do with the time it takes to get from my server to yours to "check" the site, but where the problem occurs, we have no idea.

It has to be some sort of strange router issue or maybe even peak traffic times or something uncontrollable like that.

They have the time out timer set to 90 seconds & they do not recomend going any higher than that, so that's not an option

But, like I said, they are still working on it
