When do your Christmas decs go up?

We always have our decorations up so we can turn them on the day after Thanksgiving. Except for last year, we usually have so many lights on our house that the main circuit breakers start popping.

It usually takes about 3 full days to get them up. Last year we went the lazy route and bought those spinning disco balls that go outside and are supposed to look like snowflakes on the house. They sucked bad. Not only were they not bright enough but they stopped spinning a lot. This year, we have all new lights and they would be done by now if I didn't get sick. But, they will be done this week. Christmas has always been big with my mother. It just led me to continue the tradition and now that she is gone, I am the only one left.
