My first thought was that it reminded me of a scene in the movie Wolfen. But art? Not in my book... Weird and tacky yes, but not art :/

I read about this in my local paper. Seems crazy to me to spend $20 mil for a 16 day display! If I had $20 mil I could think of a lot of better ways to spend it.
