Why I did it?
I made some nice money off tooties byots on ARS and she was always helpful with making designs for me and she is a nice person.

Is it time to rework this contest yet?

Wouldn't it be wiser to include only truly active community members? I mean, they wouldn't have to have more than 680 posts or anthing, but what about 100 or so. I assume the contest is to motivate people to come out of the woodwork and be an active member. But what is the motivation if a zero-poster like Lara can win? If the odds are the same for lurkers as active members, what's going to get them to come in and join the discussion? The no good lazy bastards.

Just food for thought.
