How Do I Make A Banner

My brain is asleep today, so I need some help.

I have this banner that someone made me

My Banner

So I made a page Banner Page

and linked it to my main page.

But I know this isn't right.

How do I make this or any banner clickable so I can use it to submit to toplists/banner exchanges?

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks.

Nina

Code:
<a href="http://www.target-url.com"><img src="location-of-banner/path-to-banner" width="width-in-pixels" height="height-in-pixels" border="0"></a>
Basically put the banner on the page where you want it then add the hyperlink. The above code is an example. You can just drop the code into your HTML and replace the info in quotes with the correct info for your banner.

Thanks for your help.

That's basically what I did and saved it as a html file. So I just submitted it and this is the error I got.

The banner URL you supplied does not point to a valid image.

The urls in the code I posted were just examples to tell you what goes where.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're asking...the code you used on the "banner page" could be put on any page and would work. The banner on your "banner page" is clickable. Please clarify what you need help with.
