Cute FTP

Hi All
I've just had a problem with Cute FTP. It won't recognise one of my remote folders, nor are any of my sites within that folder accessible on the net. First of all its not visible at all so I enable the -a filter to see it. Then when I double click it to go one level in, I get a box entitled 'File Transfer Log' with the message 'Request denied. Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation'. I've Emailed Cute FTP but I don't know when I'll get a reply. Anyone experienced something similar?
Its very frustrating because half my sites are down and have been for about 12 hours now.

Sounds like a server-side problem.... I would get your host tech people to have a look too.

That explains why my bot pulled your sites due to 404.

Like DD said. Get your host on it, they got issues.

Hi All
The problem's now been resolved. Corey at M3 Hosting (very, very helpful) advised me to refresh my file list as it may have been reading a 'ghost' file from cache. I did this and found the missing folder one level down. What a relief. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply DangerDave and Swedguy - its much appreciated.
Swedguy, unless you tell me otherwise, I'll assume I don't need to resubmit my last site.
