I have a AS database that needs to be filtered

.ok so i have an advanced submitter database of 371 linklist.

i dont have time to submit to all of them.. since i dont think many will like my index54.htm files.. lol

i need someone to do the following

delete the linklist that dont take submittsion and those that arent gonna list

i need them to be weight based on importance.. like greenguy and danger dave 8-9

as ur reward, u can keep a that copy of the database.. already to be used.
