Strange issue

Hi, I moved all my stuff from old host to webair.
But there is s strange thing :
when I type "216.130.164.118" I see my index page with no pagerank and in IE address bar it shows numerical IP.

Now when I type a path to any freesite thats on my domain like :
216.130.164.118/free-babe-pics its changing my IE's address bar to www.pornlucky.com/free-babe-pics and there is PR visible.

Why is that?
I didnt change the DNS servers yet because I wanted to see if everything's working with the numeric IP. Now im quite confused If Im ready to change them.
