Content Needed (non photo/video)

To increase retention of the visitors on my free sites, I am looking for following categories of content:
1. e-Cards (anime, straight, gay, for women, lesbian). No upsells and no plugins. I should be able to host the content on my site, using any e-cards software or the providers own e-cards software. The e-cards should mention the name of my site.
2. Adult games (straight, anime, gay, lesbian) No upsells. Content should be hosted on my site.
3. Chat plugin with a previous member base. If possible with upsells. The user should not leave my site.
4. Adult Personals database that users can search from inside the website. With upsells.
