Search Engine Software

I'm looking for some search engine software for a project I'm working on.

This would be an engine for a specfic website not the whole web.

I found a few on google, but was really looking for recommedations since this is new territory.

I would be interested in this one too. Specially if it is Search Engine friendly (did I just say that?)

Here's a list of open source ones I just found, it lists features etc:

I have used htdig a little bit in the past and it would be ok for your own internal stuff where you don't have to deal with spammers. Also I believe that Tom from TNB wrote a simple search engine, which is available from his site.
