You fucking asshole’s , you’re an online service that can't render service over the net? So yes I call and guess fucking what? I'm put on hold for over 20 minutes just to find out you can't access my account info, that I need to give you my bank info and billing date, your fucking automated answer system was better informed! Is it just an office full of underpaid morons outsourced from some free clinic line ?
You owe me $199.00 that you have in a soft charge, and you have the balls to charge me $5.99 for the service? Fuck You! Your nothing but a bunch of thieves.

Having used to work at a bank, I noticed that one important word was missing from their email... business
Typically everything is 7-10 business days!

I use Orbitz for one thing, find out who is the cheapest and when they fly, then I go to that airlines site and buy from the airline itself for $10 less Orbitz's fee.
