libwww-perl-5.803 a LL bot or a traffic thief?!

Agent String: libwww-perl/5.803
I have found this robot/bot on three of my domains that have fs on them. The IP is 71.39.139.40 71.39.139.41 71.39.139.42 71.39.139.43 71.39.139.44 all in the US

I have made a search and found this

"The LWP::UserAgent is a class implementing a web user agent. LWP::UserAgent objects can be used to dispatch web requests."

but thought about checking here before blocking this bot just in case a LL owner uses it to check back the fs.

Anyone knows anything about this bot? and if I should block it or not
