Hi everyone Im new here, sorry for the drama!

I just want people to know what a pile of crap Epassporte is!

A little background, I tried to withdrawal my epassporte balance to my checking account on July 20. To this day I still dont have my money. Threw all of my communication with epassporte they've blamed the bank. They've told me numerous times the situation was resolved and I'd see my money in 1-5 days! I've requested numerous times for them to send me a check and they've rufused. When I called their support line I was shut down. As they blamed my bank.

This entire time my bank has explained that for an electronic transfer to go into the wrong account it would have to have the wrong numbers on it. The bank has continually said they're handcuffed and epassporte needs to recall the transfer and then resend.

After epassporte had been blaming my bank keyser finally admitted that the problem was with electracash on 8/24. Even though just 2 days earlier Maeghen Dennis was animated about it being wells fargos fault.

Keyser finally put the money back into my epass account obviously to shut me up because the money was never in my account. Or it was but it was frozen, except that I was able to withraw the money on 8/28 so Im not sure! But if you read keysers last response to me you'll understand.

If you read the responses by epassporte they contradict each other. I left out my replys because the post would be to long. Basically Im pissed and am calling them on all their bullshit. If you guys have any doubt I'll post them for you.

Some interesting points to note: If the bank made an error why would Electracash need to recover the money, wouldnt the bank be able to go threw the system and spot the mistake? After all its all numbers so if they were correct on the senders end it would be easy for the bank to see they screwed up.

Also, what is the point of Keyser putting the money in my epass account and then asking me not to touch it? Especially considering that it was the banks fault. And after I get the green light on 8/28 why did it once again fail? Could it be that the money was never in my account? That maybe keyser did that so I'd quit my bitching? You be the judge.

I just heard back from our technical department. The bank accidentally transferred the funds into someone else's account. They are currently recovering the funds and they should be loaded into your account in the next 3-5 business days. Unfortunately this was an issue with the bank.

This usually never happens. We have a third party between us and the bank that helps process the transfer. That is who our technical department was dealing with. The money will be put into your bank account. Please let me know if you need anything else.

It was Wells Fargo that screwed up and they put the money into someone else's account. Electra Cash is trying to recover the money from Wells Fargo. This is what is taking so long. Please be patient.

I talked to Maeghen and I the problem lies with ElectraCash we are working hard to get them to send you your money and I expect something to happen within a day or two. The problem is still unsolved. We still haven't had the original amount returned to us from your bank. We are still working to solve this and the money from your transfer on August 28th can't be returned to you until we receive the money back from your bank. I asked on you August 25th to please hold on making new withdrawals until this problem were fixed.
Our Tech department is looking into this and as soon as I have more information I will email you again.

This was a mistake on YOUR BANK'S END not ePassporte's. You missed the email where Michael told you not to try transferring funds again via ACH until your bank could fix the issue on their end.

There are seeming to be more and more drama threads about them popping up, seems like a daiy thing over at gfy.

I will obviously never use them again and would advise anyone that asked to do the same.

I haven't had any problems with them (knock on wood!) but I do get very irritated at how long it takes to get my money deposited in my bank account. Our mail system is VERY bad/unreliable where I'm at so at least I know with Epassporte, the check won't get "lost in the mail".

Well, it was the same for me with spacash. I know its off topic, but i wont open another thread, i dont want you to call me a spammer
I requsted my payment by WU. For beginning, i just tried with 19$, to see if i'll get the money without complications. i requested the payment but i havent received my MTCN, although the status was: Paid or Processed or smth like that. i emailed them asking about mtcn and i received it and sender's information, but it was for 50USD (i requested 19USD). i replied asking about that and they've sent me another MTCN with new sender's info for my ammount of money. Oh yea, i checked money transfer on westernunion.com homepage, and it said that this MTCN doesnt exist. Odd ... Well i've sent them another email informing them about that but they replied that WU is having some problems and that i should just go to the bank. I did that. did i get the money on my bank? nope, i didnt invalid sender's information. i sent them to hell and requested if they can cancel WU transfer and send my money to my epassporte account. they didnt reply to 2 or 3 of my emails. so i've sent them another one and i got quite impolite reply but i got my money in my epassporte aswell. it was a small ammount of money but heck it...money is money
lession that i learned? never use WU anymore

its all ok now and i dont blame them anything, they could reply a bit faster and a bit politer, they're a company afterall and we help them earn $$$

Well I think I may have finally settled with them. I asked for a check numerous times and when I made the thread Keyser said he'd try. He came back to me yesterday and said a check wasn't possible because their bank was located in the Bahamas, I'm not sure I understand but ok. So he agreed to send me a wire on Monday and pay all the fee's. I asked for the wire to be sent today but was told the banks in the Bahamas aren't open on Saturdays, seems strange to me but ok again. As long as it gets sent on Monday I'll be satisfied. So I'll have to wait a few days and see if they follow threw. And I will never use these idiots again!

I couldnīt live without epass.. I hate getting checks and having to go to the bank..just a waste of time and really boring.. I donīt signup to sponsors that doesnīt have epass as payment option.. If only ccbill could send epass payments also then it would be perfect..

So in the end, the bank didn't accept ePassporte & for whatever reason sleeves didn't get an ATM card so that he could take the money out himself & he's pissed the ePassporte wouldn't send him a check for the money that was in there?

Is it just me, or is this really not ePassporte's fault?

I've never really had to many issues with ePass, but I will say that the customer service is horrible.

No problems whatsoever and we have been using them to do payouts for quite sometime now.

However I often read that someone have problems with epass, but again we do payouts through checks, epass and wire and the only one I didn't had a problem with yet was epass.

No, actually what happened was this: Epassporte uses a third party, Electracash to process electronic transfers. Electracash made an input error thus the electronic transfer was deposited into the wrong bank account. To make matters worse everyone at Epassporte was saying something different. One person admitted that a mistake was made on their end, another said it was the banks fault, another said it was Electracash's fault etc.. This went on for over a month. And every 5 days I was told the situation was resolved and I'd have my money in another 3-5 days. The problem was I never received my money.

I was being circle jerked by these idiots day after day, week after week. So I made a post on another board. Once they responded it became clear to everyone exactly what I had been dealing with. Essentially they shot themselves in the foot based on the way they responded. Finally I had their attention and was told I'd get a check. Well a few days later I was told that they couldn't send a check because they banked in the Bahamas. I still don't understand why that would cause a problem but oh well. So they ended up sending me a wire transfer roughly a month and a half later.

The problem with Epassporte is their customer service. I really don't have any desire to go any deeper into the situation at this point. It was resolved and I'll never use them again.
