still need help!

Ok - thanks to everyone who responded to me last week, but I need a little more help or advice!

A few people advised me to startout making free sites. Other than reading a little about them in TGP rules - I have no idea what free sites are.

At this point though - I'm already over my head in work with the two sites I'm hosting now, plus a third a couple weeks away - I don't think I have the time to start out anywhere else other than where I am.

Let me explain my situation. My wife had her own site through an independant production company who ended up screwing her out of a lot of money. We decided to get out of it - but instead of scrapping all the work - I decided "I can do this!"

While I was rebuilding my wife's site - she picked up another model who wanted her own site. So we took her on as well - and as I mentioned before - we now have a third as well.

So I really need to learn about being a webmaster - FAST!

Two of my sites are up, MadisonManson.com and LizzieDevill.com. I need traffic!! I'm just lost as to how to go about getting it. I've started with TGP's, because that's about all I know to do at this point. Im sure there's other routes to go!

So where should I start??? lol

I've heard about affiliate programs, but most have warned me to stay away from them until my traffic is stable.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

You can:

1. Buy targeted traffic and send it right to your sites. I've heard good opinion about those two services: http://www.trafficholder.com & http://www.trafficadept.com/. You can also try here: http://www.chokertraffic.com, http://www.realadulttraffic.com

2. Buy banner spots (at chubbyland for example). Check this site for full list of available spots.

3. Make some gals and buy gallery spots using GTS

You should'nt start affiliate programs until the sites are throughly tested and proven. There would be nothing worst than having webmasters promote your site and they dont sell, easy way to earn a bad rap and have a hard time recruiting in the future. Affiliates can grow your memebership thats for sure, if you have a site that sell in the first place. Word can spread fast if your site sucks..lol

Tgp galleries can bring lots of traffic, but it is usually very low quality. Only makes sense, a tgp gives away a ton of free porn so it naturally attracts what most people call free loaders. They can be sold, but much tougher.

Free site can be a way of getting better quality traffic. In your situation you could call them feeder sites, because you would be using them to feed to your paysites. Free sites are just a index/warning page with 2-3 gallery pages, galleries of pictures mainly but some do movies. You cold think of a free site as putting 2-3 tgp galleries together and adding a index/warning pagee. Some folks even use "main menu" pages on free sites. The more pages you have the more ads you could use.

There are plenty of free site examples, just browse any links lists, see what is getting listed. There are many posted in the newbie section with feedback which is a good thing. Just dont steal any ones work. Just get some ideas and how they are laid out.

As for traffic, you could make free sites, submit to LL's to get traffic to the free sites. Put ads that lead to your main sites on the free sites, to feed the main sites.

I personally would not buy traffic for a paysite, least large amounts until I know how it converts. If you dont know how your site converts, how can you calculate if your going to make a profit or loss from the traffic? Then again, if you have the budget, buying traffic in small amounts, would be the quickest way to test.

Ok, I have to bring it up. Setting up blogs for the sites is pretty simple and it's a way to get the models further involved in helping with promoting the site. You don't need to be a technical type to keep up a blog, so not only could they blog about details of their lives, shoots...whatever but it wouldn't be difficult for them to promote the blogs themselves, setup link trades etc.

Your not going to get nearly as much traffic, especially in the beginning, but it could be an additional means of promoting the sites that didn't burden your time and the traffic from blogs does convert pretty well.

Starting blogs is an excellent idea. As Walrus said, would be nice to have girls themselves provide content by posting on a regular basis. Surfers sure love "in the life of.." or "daily lives of..' , it's worked well for me.

Plus get the surfer sucked in and wanting more. Even hook those that have visited the site, but have not bought before. Building up some trust can do wonders.

In looking back at the sites though, you really might want to work on them first, I doubt they will convert very well. Get that down first before you ending up wasting all kinds of time in traffic generation, or have the traffic go to waste. Though a blog could help in that matter.
