Mirror Sites

Ok, here is another noob question. If the purpose of building freesites is to get a network of links to (hopefully) improve SE traffic to your sites, then what would be the point of creating mirror sites with different recips? Wouldn't it suffer from a duplicate content penalty from the SEs and then kind of defeat the purpose of building the network of links to improve SE traffic?

Posted to aproximately to 200+ LL at time, 20 mirrors by 10-12 recips, some mirrors frequently went to top of google by different keywords and some of them are in top now, but that time, all these mirrors were the same, and now in google webmasters tools there is an info about "mirror" sites. Algorithm can find mirrors and may fuck good about this, I think. So now I write each mirror different descriptions, keywords, try to change title and so on. And this shit works I think.. But I don't say that "simple mirror sites" do not work, too

Mirrored entrances once enabled the submitter to submit to multiple LL's, but as with many thing in the adult industry it has been magnified to the nth degre and made useless.

I (and some others would say) don't build mirrored entrances. Find the best LL's for your sites and keep the limit to 5-15.

It is a better long term plan IMO

Doing what DD said is a helluva lot easier, too. If you submit everywhere, with multiple doorways, you'll have a bunch of redundant pages laying around your web server. I haven't made a free site in a while, but I learned quickly to make one free site, one warning page, and submit it to the 10-12 or so LLs that sent decent and spaced out traffic (like Greenguy's LoR.) I could make 10 doorway pages, get accepted to half of the LLs, but really only 10 or so sent decent traffic over time.

Plus, the more sites you submit too the tighter you have to be with design constraints. I always followed GG's submit rules and the other LL's I submitted to pretty much adopted those rules so there were less reasons to be rejected.

If you're going to build mirrors, change text on the page and metas, and maybe page layout too, while you're at it. Also, rather then submit all mirrors on the same day, consider submitting mirrors at a much later date. Otherwise, don't build 'em for SEO, build 'em for free traffic.
