I've recently opened up a freelancer's site for the adult community. Adult Site Lance works along the same lines as an auction, only you don't have to have a high bid to win. Webmasters can post projects -- needing design, script fixes, custom programming, etc -- and freelancer's can then 'bid' on the project. Lowest bids don't always win. I always tell people to check feedback ratings and a portfolio and don't choose a freelancer based on the price.

This is ideal for a newbie webmaster who has script problems as well as the experienced webmaster who has design needs and often can't wait while the busier designers are, well, busy.

There is no cost to sign up and no cost to place a project or bid. There is a small fee ($5) if the project is successfully chosen. There is a free escrow service to lessen the chance of problems.
