				.cd?
Hi I am working with a musician pal on some marketing of his new album. He suggested a domain.cd I kinda think that he should go for a .com and if that fails .co.uk But, this is based on nothing. Would it make any difference? What *should* he do? Thanks |

| The one and only at your service | Personally if it were me it's very likely that I would buy all 3, and have two of them point to whichever one makes the most sense to have the site on.

				 | If your friend wants to be taken seriously, he should register the .com and .co.uk. While I can understand why your friend likes .cd, he should keep in mind that the CD format is likely to be phased out over time. I don't see any sense in efforts and expenses to build such a site and brand it. |
