I'm not able to answer that, , but if Motorpsycho was from over there, Metallica would eat dust

Sorta grandson just left, it's been a weekend with GTA Online and some new Street-fighter kinda thing, based on Anime. Not my type of game, at ALL, but I did beat him a few times still :-)


My GF is still under the weather, but I highly doubt it's the shit.

Now I'm going for a nap, this evening is still undecided.

That's what I was thinking, but people on Facebook brought up The Eagles, Van Halen, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.

Good choices but I wouldn't consider the Eagles or Tom Petty Rock. At least not in the sense of Metallica or Aerosmith's brand. The Eagles and Tom Petty? Pop/Rock or Top 40, maybe. Van Halen? Yes, I get that.

Bruce Springsteen and Eagles are absolutely up there.
And is Metallica the biggest?
I can't stand The Eagles, Springsteen is somewhat better than them.
But they're both huge!

Van Halen and Bon Jovi could have been in the running, but they aren't that big over the 40year span.

I feel there are someone missing from the discussion, but I can't remember who.

Seriously, you cant start putting Eagles and Tom Petty on the same level as Springsteen.

Metallica might be approaching him but still, he´s a single handed American culture export going strong for decades ... Tom Petty had 2 hits, Eagles 1, Van Halen like come on - nice outfits but...
