I did a survey on my site. Surfers responded as follows -- 50% said 30+, 40% said 40+ and 10% said 50+. No one said that the woman just had to have kids to qualify. The sample size is small (10 responses) but the results are interesting.

I think, by concept, that older women 40+ are all considered MILF's or fall into the MILF category

I would seem to think that it sorta started with teens checking out their friends moms. So adding probably about 20 years gives mid-thirties.

Why don't we change the definition to "mature I'd like to fuck" :)

I had never heard the term cougar until now... but technically they aren't MILFs... they are MWWF (Mom's Who Want to Fuck)

Cougar is the term you use when you can't say MILF. A radio station in Toronto had to use the term Cougar in a contest because MILF raised to many questions. Us Canadians are so conservative.

Actually a cougar is an older female that prefers younger males.

IMO a milf is your buddies mom when you was a teen, and first discovered that you wanted to fuck women, so I would say high 20s low 30s was the age of my buddies moms that I wanted to bone...

I think a MILF is a woman between 30 and 40, and she should be kinda hot (after all most of teens want to fuck hot moms not old ladies). On the other hand theres the "mature" category that should be older women that are 40+.

Actually - the picture of my ex was taken on our first date by the hot-springs on Loon Creek about 1 mile from where Loon Creek enters the Middle Fork of the Salmon - smack in the middle of in the Frank Church River of no Return Wilderness in Central Idaho during the fires of 2003. The cat was takes a few miles down stream near Hospital Bar on the Middle Fork in 2001. I'm an Idaho boy that relocated when I retired from the Air Force.

So is it plausible for a woman to market herself as a MILF without rugrats? I've been doing it since I hit my 30s, just to get in that extra niche, because I take the acronym as just sort of indicating a general "look." Definitely not quite into the "mature" category but no longer qualifying as a young'un.
