The point I was making is that does not work. Just because you host it abroad, and don't use your country's domain name does not make it legal, you still get arrested, you still go to jail.
Back in the 1990's when we had similar laws to the ones Germany has now, there were plenty of people in prison over here for doing what you suggest.
