Now that is where I have the advantage over you. My health is already fucked, it does not matter what I do (within reason), I'm already screwed. So I can happily pull up a chair and relax in front of the TV with an enormous pork pie or deep fried whatever. For me the Titanic is already sinking, it is too late for swimming lessons!
