First Monday of August 2013. Up early to go to the gym with Christy as I want to increase my workout. I feel like spending so much time glued to my desk is really hurting my health so starting today I'm going to the gym with Christy on her yoga days. Can't stand yoga so will be doing the treadmill and machines whilst she is in yoga class.
