question about story content

I have been spending some time working on story sites and a type of hub for it. I was comparing stats in sextracker and noticed a site (have seen the site for years) and when i checked it out it was filled with pedo stories and promoted rape, pr*teen sex and some other stuff.

Now, no matter what, that is a subject i would never touch and think is discpicable, but is there nothing legally wrong with it? I am all for an individuals rights and free speech, but some things like this really makes me want to do great bodily harm to them. Escpecially now that i have a beautiful 8 month old daughter.
