The thumbs look good on the FHG gallery, because they're hand cropped. This software autocrops thumbs. So you'll end up with thumbnails of a bellybutton or a knee.

My preferred method is to get a image set and choose the best 12-15 pics that will autocrop well. It only takes a minute to select the pics and upload them.

My preferred method is the same And I run a Pshop batch action first so the selected big pics are only 600 wide saving on BW and still looking good.
