I picked up some sales using PPC (not Adwords , but a 2nd tier PPC platform) , got a $50 dollar voucher and PR $50 dollar payout - so that was a great ROI.

However I am not so sure how it would turnout on a normal payout and paying for every click - my main area of concern is that adult affiliate programs don't support pixel tracking and to make money with PPC you need to know which keywords are converting.
